Git Flow Initialize Fails

I am attempting to initialize Git Flow but the operation fails showing simply this message :

sh.exe C:\Users\amagill\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\gitflow_local\gitflow\git-flow init -d
Completed with errors, see above.

It should be noted that when Sorucetree loads, I see this error :

'ssh-agent' failed with code -1 : System.NullReferenceException Object .eference not set to an instance of an object. 0
 

Both messages refer to ssh, but I have no clue how to resolve or troubleshoot further. Any help would be appreciated!.

I should add that all options are disabled when going to Repository > Git Flow from the top menu. And that is the meat of it. I want to be able to start a new hotfix branch.  Also, I receive that same NullReferenceException message when going to Tools > Launch SSH Agent.
