Hi Divakar, can you provide some more information so we can troubleshoot this issue:

If you try pushin using your terminal, do you get any error?
Are you getting errors when performing different actions, like pull for example?
Is this only happening with a certain repository or with all of them?
Which version of SourceTree and OS are you using?
