Clone in Source Tree not possible but working fine under git command

Hi,

I would like to ask a question regarding to the source tree, i have got the right http address, and i can use cmd to git clone the project.

But with source tree, i always get the error that "Could not resolve host: xxx.com" Since the internet environments and proxy settings have never been modified, so i assume it's not the proxy issue.

i have tried to

1. reset the proxy with unset command and re-enter the settings

2.ping my host via cmd it can not resolve, but since the git clone command works fine so i assume it's not relevant(my colleague with functional source tree can also not ping this host)

Could you pls offer us some advises?
