Can't Connect to Bitbucket

I cannot connect to Bitbucket account from SourceTree. Though I can login directly to Bitbucket from a browser. 

SourceTree reports a Login Failure error.

There are several possibilities:

  • Your stored password is wrong
  • If you are using SSH:
    • BitBucket does not have your SSH key
    • your firewall is blocking the SSH connection

What is the exact error message you are getting?
