Updates to Rovo Dev access and credit limits

We’re making some adjustments to how Rovo Dev licenses and credit limits work.

These changes are designed to bring more clarity and consistency to how access is managed:

• Customers with at least one paid invoice now have a 100,000 credit limit.

• Customers with a valid payment method but no payment history have a 2,000 credit limit.

• Users without a valid payment method will no longer be able to access Rovo Dev.

We know changes to access can be disruptive, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support as we evolve Rovo Dev.

Hello, 

Since today (7 march) I have been getting this error. Is that related to this? As far as I know my employer paid for atlassian and this had the acli rovodev beta included.

Hi Jovana,

When do you expect the 100,000 credit limit to become effective? We're a paying customer and we're still limited to 2,000 credits per user. This limit is ridiculously low so we have to use other tools and are seriously questioning whether the Rovo Dev subscription is worthwhile at all.
