Hello from the Rovo Dev CLI team.
We identified an issue in the v0.13.46 release where Rovo Dev CLI would exit with the message: “Failed to start Rovo Dev CLI: The file lock $HOME/.rovodev/config.yml.lock could not be acquired.”
This issue was patched as soon as it was discovered, and the v0.13.47 release is now working as expected. If you are still experiencing this problem, we strongly recommend updating to the latest version.
