Every enterprise transformation starts with a solid plan.

But somewhere along the way, things begin to drift. A dependency gets missed, a workstream falls behind, decisions take longer than expected, or different teams start working from different versions of the truth.

In your experience, what's the earliest warning sign that tells you a transformation program needs attention?

For me, it's rarely the final milestone that causes problems. It's usually the small indicators that appear weeks before anyone realizes the project is slipping.
