Updating the dates of the parent issue from the child issues

Hello everyone from Venezuela. First time using JWM

I have investigated about updating the dates of the parent issue from the child issues, I saw that there is something called roll-up in Jira Software, I have configured several projects in both JS and JWM and I see the parent issue is not updated. Is it because I'm using the trial version?

Any help is welcome.

Your automation rule should still work - it is not because of the Free project. Can you post the rule here so we can help you?

On the other hand, researching I found this function (Roll up dates on your timeline) from Jira Software which is really what I want to happen.
