I used the "Settings->System->Mail->Incoming Mail" to add a mail box as Incoming Mail Server and then configured "Incoming mail Handler".
Now an email to the mail box creates a new Ticket in JIRA, as per the configuration and any Reply response on the Notifications adds a comment to that particular Ticket in the JIRA.
My issue is that the Notification mails are way too wordy with unnecessary information. Is there a way where can I configure the format of mails which are received as Notification mails.
P.S. : I selected "Strip Quote" while setting up Incoming Mail Handler but that don't seem to work.
