Trying to migrate the jira Databse . Getting 'com.atlassian.jira.migration.jira-migration-plugin' -

FOr mysql 8.0.36-u2-cloud mysql , I am using mysql-connector-j-8.0.33jar file as jdbc connector. But still its failing.
