Hello everybody. 

I am not new to Jira ;)  but still would like to ask if there is a way

to generate statistics for:

How much time (out of total time in a certain time period) Team member A 

spend (logged) on tasks assigned to Team member B (in the same time period)

- effectively how much time A spend working on B's tasks

You can't do it out of the box. You can try to find an addon on the marketplace that suit your requierements

If you are fine with a mktplace app, to get this data, you can try out our plugin.

The app will help you track time entered by a resources on the issues, irrespective of whther they were assigned to him or not.
