Project Automation: Field lookup in status transition

Hi All,

I`m trying to automate the transition process acceptance criterias. One of the criteria is to have a link added to a custom field. Do you know of a Project Automation Rule that I can add to only allow the transition of the issue if this field is populated? I`m not an admin

if you're not an admin and don't have rights, I would say impossible :(
