Newbie to Jira

Hi Atlassian Community! I am Joe N. from CA, USA. I am sort of new to Jira. I used Jira and Confluence from end user perspective in my previous analytics role, but haven't really haven't got into all the functionality of Jira/Confluence. I want to learn move about Jira and Confluence as I plan to pivot to a more business analyst/documentation/process improvement/knowledgement role. I plan to take the classes and explore certifcation options that will help with my career transition. I look forward to learn about all the Atlassian products!
