Need a guidance on how to learn and what is the usage of Jira and how its career or business impact

To make it easier for you, here is my recommendation:

• Atlassian University - start from here, go through all free Jira courses - more importantly follow through the courses and also do everything on the go
• Go through some YouTube channels like Jira Bro, Apetech, Ravi Sagar

Jira is a project management tool in order to track issues, collaborate between the teams and complete projects. Although it's used a lot in the realm of software development due to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, Jira offers creation of business projects that are focused on business teams and workflows that are tailored to the business needs that can be customized at any time.

There are some basic courses there. Of course, there is a lot of other material available on YouTube or other providers. Does your company already use Jira or how did you hear about it? If not, you can create a free cloud instance and see what it's all about.
