Could you explain what you want to start again with?

If it Atlassian Cloud systems, then just get new ones and let the old ones lapse.

I am using Cloud base Jira.

I have a MS Project schedule on my hand. I would like to import to Jira as a RoadMap!

Is it possbile to use mpp file on cloud base Jira?

No, there's no way to import .mpp files - the data is too different a shape.

But if you have one of the Gantt chart apps (add-ons) that support it, you can get quite a decent representation into Jira.
