Key link on each ticket as a blue text hyper link

I remembered that the Key-issue# on the bottom right of each ticket in the Kanban board is supposed to show a blue text hyperlink, but it is showing gray text although it is a link. I was wondering if I can still set it to look like a hyperlink so user can easily click to open it.

Isn’t the color of links determined by your browser config?

Not really. I do see links appear in blue on my Chrome browser everywhere though.
