Hello Jira community!

My name is Hugo and I'm a newbie to Jira if I'm honest, having only used Trello at a very basic level in my previous positions. My new role includes supporting the management of our projects through Jira.

It all feels a bit daunting with a lot to learn. I guess it's just a case of 'new shoes always hurt' so keen to wear mine in and get comfortable using it.
