Hey, I consider myself a new user because of previous light use, non-admin. Now I have to admin a small team of devs and get them to use it on a daily basis. This is for firmware development and has many dependencies on hardware that's still in development. It's been challenging so far. I haven't explored yet if there's good training available for my use of JIRA, but very much interested in finding out.
