We used to use a system called Bugzilla, but it was replaced by Jira a few years ago. I really miss the old Bugzilla system because that's where all the business logic resides for our application, and that app was unsettled, with no known backup.
Welcome to the community. Using Jira, one can still implemented the needed business logics through project design/WF design/Automation design.
