Hi everyone, I am new to JIRA!.

In 2019, I discovered JIRA and used it daily for 10 months. Unfortunately, I stopped using it for the next two years because the company I work for wasn't utilizing it. I am thrilled to be back using JIRA, now. though I have some concerns about its efficiency. While I'm hopeful this group can assist me, I'm also eager to connect with new members.

Welcome, I also used it a few years back and have been using it for a couple of months now. There are things I wish it did but over all its great. I also use the connector to Smartsheet which helps fill in the missing pieces that Jira can't do.
