We've recently started using Jira Work Management in our organization and people are very pleased! 

Our Jira instance has become very muddy over the years with no dedicated support team so until we get a handle on standardization and a massive cleanup effort, we create these as company-managed.  We look forward to the day when our teams are better trained and able to use team-managed projects efficiently!
