Can the free plan work for me?

I am looking to set up a workflow that allows me to have access the features listed below. I am wondering if these items are available on Trello or if I need to connect it with another platform. 

• Import a my database 
• Easily replace the database with a new one with updated information
• create a start form that will autofill a select field 
• provide more data from the database in the card
• Set up a calendar that only offers specific dates to be selected with time and duration
• Only offer a select number of spots per day

I hope this is clear. If not, I'm sorry as I am very new to all of this.

With Jira Cloud, you don't directly access the database. Jira Cloud handles all aspects of the database for you. But that being said, you can import your existing issues using a CSV file. 

You don't need to replace your existing database because all new and updated information would be available in Jira. 

Yes, you can create a form that is used to create new issues and fields in the form can have default values. You can create whatever custom fields you need with few limitations. 

Again, you would just access your information on the card from within Jira. And yes, depending on the type of project you create (it should be a Company-managed project), you can add up to 3 custom fields on your cards. Screen views of the issue can have dozens of fields if desired. 

Yes, you can add a Calendar view for Business type projects. Software type projects will have this feature in the future. 

Not sure what you mean by spots per day.
