Breach and not breached report not showing data for one of the admin

Hi, Good Day!!

I have configured a widget to show X group's breached issues which is showing exact count as expected. But the widget in dashboard showing "no data" for another Jira Admin.

I have used below JQL query in widget to see all X group breached issues. It's coming for me, not for another admin.

"Assignment Group" = X AND "Time to resolution" = breached()

Please guide.

Does the other admin have all the relevant permissions? It sounds like they don't have permission to view the issues or possibly to view the project.
