Why name disappears and can't delete OATH for Include Bitbucket for Confluence Cloud?

When we added the OATH Consumer Settings for Include Bitbucket for Confluence Cloud, we either see the User/Team Name disappear after added, OR when we try to add the OATH credentials we get a message indicating that the User/Team Name already exists (even if it doesn't). When it does allow us to add the secret but the name doesn't appear, then it does not allow us to delete the OATH with no User/Team Name. Can you help?
