Not able to see Create issue post function

I have the Bob Swift Create on Transition Add On Installed. I can see create subtask post function but not create issue post function. Is there anything that I need to do to have that create issue post function to show up. Any suggestions on this is appreciated.

Create issue or create subtask post function on a workflow transition can be added by following the below steps:

• Open the workflow
• Select the transition on which the post function needs to be added
• Click on the Add post function available on the screen as shown below:
  
  
• You will be able to view the options to select create issue or create subtask as shown in the sample screenshot below:
  
  
  

If you still face any issue in creating a issue, please share us the below details:

• What is your Jira instance configuration - Server or Data Center?
• Version of the Jira instance
• Version of Create on Transition app
• Screenshot of the Post function screen as shown below:
