Is there a way to set up conversions tracking using an API?

Hi,

Is there an API we can use to set up conversions tracking for the marketplace listing? I keep seeing (in Reddit ads, for example) that you have the option to use a Conversions API. I guess I need acces to the source code (which I don't)... or I don't know how this works exactly. Does anyone know how to do this or how this works?
