It’s been more than a year since I joined the Atlassian ecosystem, and I’m still learning how this world works, especially from a marketer’s perspective.

And the more people I meet at events, in the Community, and across the ecosystem, the more I believe we can actually empower each other by sharing what’s working — and what isn’t.

I was surprised by how fast things can change. Rules, terms, and product names often shift, so an article that was accurate a few months ago might not match what readers see today.

Now, I treat every published piece as something I need to review later and not as a finished product. This is a new habit for me, and it’s pretty different from how I worked in other industries. I wonder how others handle this.

If I could go back, I'd tell myself to ask other partners sooner. Most of what took me days to figure out, someone in this ecosystem could have explained in five minutes.
