Hiring a Jira Administrator / Product Owner in Cleveland (hybrid)

I have a client in Cleveland with an immediate need for a Jira Admin / Product Owner to join their team in the Enterprise PMO.  This is a hybrid contract role (onsite 2-3 days/week), possibly contract-to-hire for the right person.
