Location : US/ Canada (Remote mostly: 4-6 trips a year minimum| Full-Time)
You'll be be leading the future of Atlassian Services offerings at Modus Create. Help our team, help our customers, get the maximum value they can from their Atlassian tools.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for three main areas of work.
First is helping our managers and individual consultants to deliver fast, high quality, customer service.
Second is that you will work with both our and partner sellers to design solutions using Atlassian software to meet customer needs.
Third is that you will personally help run the implementation of our most complex customer solutions.
