I am not a recruiter. I am a hiring manager, working for Platinum Atlassian Solution Partner, Trundl. And I’m actively looking for strong candidates based in Romania to form the foundation of a new Romania-based extension of our product development team.
To start, I am trying to fill two roles with experienced/senior people. One of them may ultimately become our team leader in Romania.
One of the roles I’m looking to fill is a UX/UI developer with a strong understanding of outstanding PLG (product lead growth) experiences. The ideal candidate should be skilled in using Figma (or similar) for design and have solid experience with JavaScript and React for implementation. They will lead our product UX/UI efforts and work closely with our front-end developers.
The other is a senior product manager or product owner, also with PLG experience, as well as a solid background in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD best practices.
Ideally, both candidates would be familiar with the Atlassian platform—either from working with or for an Atlassian partner or from building internal tools while working for or with an Atlassian customer.
Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken—are essential. These roles will involve close work with our development team in India. Since English is my company's shared working language, both hires will use it regularly to communicate clearly across regions and cultures.
