Are you an expert-level visual designer with a love of illustration? Do you have a flair for typography and layout, and know how to ideate and innovate the design language of a characterful brand?
K15t is looking for a graphic designer to create compelling visual communication and assets for our company and our family of app products.
We’re a small team on a big journey, and with great design at the heart of who we are and how we stand out, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us thrive and grow.
You'll work in a self-organized, agile team and collaborate with colleagues in cross-functional teams to create a fun, lively, and differentiated design experience throughout our app portfolio.
Your Future Role
- Create visual design assets and illustrations for our website, digital properties, social media, print materials, and event collateral within our brand style, and devise creative solutions to communicate our vision and inspire action in our audience.
- Initiate and drive efforts to develop and evolve the visual brand style of K15t.
- Work across app teams to understand our products and help visually communicate the value of our apps to the world.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for more innovative and expressive graphics for the company.
- Grow your talents and skills continuously through mentorship and company-supported personal and professional development.
Your Background
- You have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- You have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into visually appealing assets which communicate them simply and clearly.
- You are comfortable creating a variety of design deliverables, such as illustrated images, flyers, stickers, blog images, email banners, and web layouts to a high standard of quality.
- You can manage concurrent work and demands in a self-directed and efficient way, and can drive feedback rounds with multiple stakeholders through to decisions.
- You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to clearly convey design concepts and your point of view to colleagues and customers.
- You have extensive experience with best-in-class design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Your English skills, both written and verbal, are strong.
- You excel as a team player. and are skilled at effective communication. Transparency, openness, and a collaborative mindset are important aspects of how you work.
- Knowledge in motion graphics, and video production tools like After effects and Premiere Pro are a plus!
- Deep experience in website layout and web design are beneficial!
