Job Title: Atlassian Administrator

Responsibilities
Atlassian Platform Management: • Administer and maintain Atlassian’s Jira, JSM, and Confluence platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security. • Configure and manage user permissions, roles, and groups. • Implement and maintain custom workflows, screens, and fields. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Atlassian platform.
Scripting and Automation: • Leverage scripting languages like Python, Groovy, and JavaScript to automate routine tasks and create custom solutions. • Utilize Jira expressions language to create dynamic and conditional logic. • Apply regular expressions to match patterns and extract information from data.
Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Certified Atlassian Administrator (ACP-120 or ACP-100) for Jira and (ACP-420 or ACP-400) for JSM. • Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Groovy, and JavaScript. • Experience with Jira expressions language and regular expressions. • Knowledge of Atlassian REST APIs and their application. • 5 years of relevant experience as an Atlassian administrator
