We're a fully remote company seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our growing Engineering Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products, from strategy and vision to development, release, and customer success.

What You'll Do:

• Shape Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a clear product vision aligned with company goals, identifying market opportunities and customer needs through research.
• Drive Product Planning & Execution: Define features, prioritize requirements based on user needs and business goals, and maintain product roadmaps for timely delivery.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with engineering, UI/UX designers, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality, user-centric products that enhance user experience.
• Champion User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform product decisions and continuous improvements.
• Communicate & Engage: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, progress, and performance to all stakeholders, including senior management and executives.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant product management experience in a fast-paced, data-driven technology or SaaS company.
• Experience in the Atlassian Economy and familiarity with Atlassian products and marketplace are HUGE PLUS!
• Strong experience in B2B settings, with a focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
• A collaborative leadership style that empowers cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in strategic decision-making, evaluating market dynamics, and analyzing product performance.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects.
• Technical knowledge (e.g., Javascript, node.js, React) to understand product architecture.
• A strong background in working with UI/UX designers and understanding user interface design principles.
• Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of the Atlassian stack.
• Experience in Software Product Development.
• Experience in Product Marketing.
• Experience in Budget Management.
