Looking for opportunities

Hello Atlassian Community Members,

I’m Ashish Agrawal, co-champion of the Atlassian Community Kathmandu and an active member of the Agile Community and its core organizing team.

I bring 20+ years of experience in the global IT industry, spanning product development, agile mentorship and delivery, and technology leadership. My background includes being a CEO at my own company named SmartMobe Solutions, a Certified Scrum Product Owner, a former Microsoft .NET Certified Developer, and a Mobile App Developer (iOS, Android, and hybrid) with hands-on involvement across the full product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery to delivery and scale.

I previously co-founded SmartMobe Solutions Pvt. Ltd., through which I delivered web and mobile solutions for international clients across Australia, the USA, Finland, Germany, and Norway, serving both startups and enterprise organizations. While SmartMobe is currently not operational, the experience and learnings from that journey strongly shape my readiness to build again.

At this stage, I am actively exploring multiple paths, including

• Collaboration to restart SmartMobe or co-create a new IT or product-focused venture

• Outsourcing or offshoring partnerships with global teams or organizations

• Individual opportunities such as Product Owner, Project Manager, Agile Lead, or Delivery Manager roles (remote, hybrid, or on-site)

I am particularly interested in environments that value product thinking, agile practices, ownership, and long-term impact. I am also open to relocation for the right opportunity and am comfortable working in distributed, multicultural, and global teams.
