Your Future Role

• Service-oriented consulting of customers in software licences business
• Creation of individual software licence offers for our customers
• Independent management of our licence renewal process
• Multifaceted tasks in invoicing and accounting
• Optimisation of sales processes such as workflows and documentation 
• Direct communication with international contacts from the Atlassian ecosystem
• Optional: Marketing support for our services and licences (sales mailings / newsletter)

Your profile

• You're an excellent organiser and used to work independently 
• You're confident and have a communicative nature
• You enjoy working in a team and have a customer-oriented mindset
• You have a certain affinity for numbers and like to think strategically
• You understand how important the continuous improvement of processes is for a company
• You speak German and English at business level
• You have a degree in economics (e.g. business administration/economics) or a comparable qualification
