Jira Admin in Madrid - Full time position open

We are looking for a Jira Admin to join our Development Center in Madrid. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be expected to be able to analyse business requirements and propose a solution on how to cover it with Jira, prioritizing the reuse of existing configuration elements over creating new ones.

What will you do?

• Support administration of our Atlassian Suite instance, analyze user requests and provide a best solution
• Provide insights and guidance to internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate how Jira can best be leveraged to meet business requirements
• Implement new features as per Team Lead design
• Troubleshoot problems regarding Jira and Confluence
• Collaborate in all technical integrations with 3rd party and legacy system

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience dealing with Jira & Confluence and their native configuration elements
• Fluent in professional English, comfortable holding written or spoken conversations with other stakeholders
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Must live in Madrid
