We’ve followed all official and unofficial guides: QA Test issues are linked to development issues using the “tests / tested by” relationship. We’ve double-checked the links, and they are correctly set up.
However, some tests still appear as “uncovered” in the traceability report — even though they are linked exactly the same way as those marked as “covered.”
What could be the issue?

I believe if the issue looks intermittent across the same issue type with the same action on both, that perhaps it's best to open a support ticket with us so we can ask for more details, screenshots and help.
