recently upgraded to premium to take advantage of additional features like smart sections in whiteboards.
When try to create an action it still says i need to upgrade to premium. Any suggestions as to why and how to remedy
There seems to be something not correct in your instance or with the subscription.
Check your Confluence subscription in Atlassian Administration, does it state Premium?
Otherwise you will need to reach out to Atlassian Support
