There seems to be a problem with the attached file/image 👀 Can you try reuploading it?
Also, just a note that this is a public forum, so just keep that in mind when sharing specific information.
One more thing—Xray team does have their direct channels for support (see here) so you can open ticket on their end and you'll usually get faster resolution than here in forums as we're more focused on native functionalities (but feel free to ask app questions here as well, as some other users might have some tips & tricks related to the topic).
