To resolve the issue, unsubscribe and uninstall the existing Xray plugin, then reinstall Xray from the Atlassian Marketplace.

I performed a fresh installation of Xray, but I’m still encountering the same rendering issue. Previously, I was facing an Xray Health Check error as well. Based on my findings and recommendations from the community, a reinstallation was suggested as a potential fix.
I followed this advice by reinstalling Xray But the Health check issue is Resolved and i created a new account to replicate the setup from scratch. However, the issue persists and I’m still seeing the error: "Error Rendering Web Panel"

Please ensure all required global and project permissions are set for Xray.
Double-check your project’s field configuration for any required fields that might block Xray panels from rendering.
Clear your browser cache or try a different browser to rule out display issues. Since you’ve resolved the health check but the error persists, there may be a deeper configuration problem. If these steps don’t help, contact Xray support for further troubleshooting.
