Under test execution, test section doesn't appear and shows an error.

You should reach out to Xray support and provide their support team with the details on this.
As here on the community we are users like you and can't access app logs etc..

You should report that problem to the administrators of your Jira instance, and they can contact the support team for the third party app that is providing you with that functionality. That functionality is not provided natively by Jira, so there must be a third party app involved.
