Stagil Table automation populating the value of the rate from the role col

Dear All,

i am using STAGIL Table plugin in JIRA datacenter to achieve some logic solution.

i have a table of multiple cols and i have a relationship between two cols 

first col is called Role DropDown Menu 

second col is called Rates numerical value only. (might changed it formula is applicable)

the problem : 

i want the user before he commit on the add the row while he is selected the value from the dropdown menu. i wanted to populate the rate in the rate based on a table logic.

i.e. if the user selected the role : "XXX" THEN the value of Rate will be "YY.YY"

if role is "ZZZZ" THEN the value of Rate is "YYYYY.YY"

etc...
