Request for Help Regarding Deleted Bitbucket Workspaces

Hello,

I received only one email in December 2025 informing me that my Bitbucket workspaces would be deactivated on January 15, 2026, and permanently deleted after May 15, 2026 if I did not reactivate them.

Unfortunately, I missed that email and realized the situation only 3 days after the final deadline.

As a result, all of my workspaces and repositories have been deleted. These projects were very important to me.

Could someone from support please check whether recovery is still possible?

I would really appreciate any help.

Can you please navigate to https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated and check if your workspaces are listed there? You can recover them from that URL.

Please let us know the outcome.
