Hi!
I need to add to the ticket new custom text field (unlimited text) with toolbar in company-managed type of project (it's for the main body of the ticket, I mean additional text field below Description field)
Could someone please help me which type of new custom field I need to choose and where I can add to this field toolbar?

You can create a custom field of type "Paragraph (supports rich text)" and then change the field to a Wiki renderer.
For the latter, you can go to Field Configurations, select the one being used by your project, search for the field, and then change the renderer. You can refer to the detailed steps in our documentation.
