Hi Everyone!

We have successfully created an automation that will create a Jira card in one of our Jira boards, this will run on a monthly basis (1st Monday of the Month). Where we are failing at is trying to also send a notification that contains information in the body of the email of the newly created card. Similar to what the email notification the "automation owner" looks like (see below). Is this possible? We'd be ok with a simpler version of this. But we also tried using smart values such as {{issue.key}} {{issue.summary}} and we get a blank email. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hi again,

I think we found a workaround. We created a second automation than runs after the Jira issue is created.
