×Is there a way I can query on Multiple JIRA insatnces.
For E.g. JIRA Instance 1 & JIRA Instance 2 has a set of Epics & Stories. I want a combined result to see what are the Open Epics where the Label field is Blank or Null
Not an answer, but you can vote for [JRASERVER-72751] JQL search across multiple instances.
Does anyone know of its JRACLOUD counterpart to vote for?
Hi Anand
Not directly as JQL is bound to to one Jira instance.
At the same time with Watchtower addon ( yes, I am from Watchtower team) you can create an agile board combining issues from several Jiras. Once you have that you can run cross-Jira JQL search to filter issues on the board you are interested in. At the moment not full JQL syntax is supported but you can give it a try. Be interested to hear your feedback

Andrey
