How to store data of Project Budget for Jira in custom fields?

 I am looking to store the data of Project Budget into custom fields, and would really appreciate your help in it.

Is it possible?

Do you want to display the budget in every issue of the project? Then you may use a Jira standard number field or use a third-party app.

For money related things you may try our app awesome custom fields, which provides a so called "price tag" field, to display your budget with currency.

Why is that? Apps unleash the full power of Jira :)

But in that case, you may use the build-in Jira custom field types.
