How to add "Link Confluence page" to Link issue function

Hello,

We recently had to reset our Jira Cloud Software and while setting up my work again and enabling "Linked Issues" I noticed that the function to "Link Confluence page" was gone:

Our Confluence is linked with our Jira (if I click on the "Switch to..." dots in the top right of Jira I can see our Confluence there).

Would anybody please have an idea how I can re-enable the Link Confluence Page function?

Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

When it comes to linking Confluence pages to tickets, Jira and Confluence must be under the same domain.

I can see that one of the sites that you have access to have only Jira Software, so if Confluence was linked to your site via an application link, the option won’t be visible.

The “Switch to” will appear all sites that you have access to, so it’s expected that it will show Confluence even though it’s not under the same domain.
