How can I make other fields pop up when a box in a Checkbox is marked?

I got placed in a new position to carry out an old admin. Im trying to understand how it was originally implemented, but the past admin had a checkbox on our form where if a user selects 1 box or more, other fields created would then show up.

Example

What problem are you having?

• Laptop
• Mobile device

IF laptop is selected, another set of fields would pop up and ask:

• what model laptop do you have (Text field single line)
• asset tag (Text field single line)

IF mobile device is selected, another set of fields would pop up and ask:

• what device model? (Text field single line)

Looks like we do have scriptrunner too installed but dont see any code that was written to do this unless the previous admin created this natively to jira.

How can I replicate this to show fields when a checkbox box is selected?
