As a user belonging to the groups site-admins and administrators I wanted to make a backup (using the Backup Management) of the whole on-demand site (https://solution.atlassian.net) with all its projects.
Expected outcome
All projects backed-up in the resulting zip file
Actual outcome
One project was not backed-up, the project CR.
So, a link to where I can do a support request would be nice. Answers was the only link I found in the footer of my on-demand project...

Ordinarily full site back ups should not exclude any projects from being added to the back up files.
Beyond that, there is not much more information that can be provided here, I would advice you to create a support request so a Cloud engineer can investigate your issue.
